Paynes Prairie Music Lessons

MUSIC BUILDS CONFIDENCE FOR EVERYONE AND IT’S FUN!

  • Does your child love music?

Would you like your child to learn how to play an instrument but don’t know where to begin? Look no further!

Music is a universal language and it connects us in ways we can’t even imagine!

Music builds confidence, teaches discipline, and helps your child explore their creativity and think independently.

Lessons take place in a relaxed and encouraging environment. We not only have lots of fun in our lessons but we are also productive!

  • You think it’s too early to start them on lessons?

It’s never too early and never too late!

My students start as early as 4 years old, sometimes even 3. Interacting with children is always fun! We play games, sing songs and clap along.

Teens and adults are also welcome!

  • What instruments do you teach?

We offer lessons for both violin and piano.

Even though I started playing the violin when I was 6 years old, I also started taking piano lessons at the age of 13.

  • What will I be learning during lessons?

During lessons we will focus on all technical, theoretical and musical aspects of playing your instrument.

What do you mean by that?

We will cover everything from proper posture of the body and hands to facilitate technique and help you play without tension, we will learn how to read music and everything related to the theory part of music such as intervals, scales/tonalities, harmony, and many more exciting topics. In addition, we’ll also focus on how we interpret the music and bring it to life, using our imagination to tell stories.

  • Where do you offer lessons?

Lessons usually take place at my private studio but I also offer remote lessons anywhere in the USA/Canada.

*Contact me for in-home lessons. These is an extra fee for travel.

  • Where are you located?
